I wanted to incorporate some jazz harmonies within my writing, something I’d been interested in trying for the first time.
I wrote a new song ‘Closure’, that mixed my singer/songwriter style with some jazz chord progressions, sung with a nod to soul and R&B and exploring how I can use my voice to improvise.
