As the city’s longest-running music festival, we are committed to establishing ourselves firmly within the wider Greater Manchester music scene and across the boroughs. And that’s why we are launching into the new year (and mjf2026) with a host of exciting partner collaborations featuring The Manchester Folk Festival and Oldham Coliseum, and more to follow in the future.
Staying true to our mission: to widen access to live music for audiences, our artistic director has programmed a range of jazz artists into our partners’ festivals and theatre stages, platforming them to a new listeners and inviting new attenders to explore different venues.
