Is this a paid opportunity?
Yes, all artists participating in the project will be paid £300 per day for two rehearsal days and £350 for each of the two performances
I have access requirements – will there be budget to cover additional support?
Yes we have an access budget that can cover things like childcare, personal assistant or care worker, BSL interpretation, information in large print or another language or other things not listed here. Please get in touch Rianne/Nathan on the email address below to discuss.
Who will be assessing the applications?
Members of the artist development teams at manchester jazz festival, The Glasshouse and CNM.
If I took part in Summer Studios or hothouse as a member of a band can I still apply?
Yes you can apply, however we’re unable to accept applications from bands, only individual artists.Will my accommodation, travel and other costs be covered during the rehearsal and performance days?
Yes, accommodation (for those travelling more than 30 miles) and travel will be covered and you will be given a daily per diem.
